3. Digital Downloads
Digital products are available for download once payment has been successfully processed.
As digital products are supplied immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by UK consumer law or if the product is faulty or cannot be accessed.
Please ensure you select the correct product before completing your purchase.
4. Printed Books
If physical books are offered, they will be dispatched as soon as reasonably possible.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
5. Scripts
Scripts are sold for reading, study or personal enjoyment unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a script does not grant permission to perform, reproduce, adapt, record, publish or distribute it.
Public performances, recordings or adaptations require written permission from the copyright owner.
